Services

Any tech stack. The one your problem actually needs.

We build applications end to end — from the AI that reads your documents to the billing that charges for it. Below is what we take on, and what it means in practice.

01

AI & Agentic Systems

Not a chat box bolted onto a sidebar. AI that reads your documents, makes decisions, and takes action inside the product.

  • Vision models that read plans, invoices and receipts into structured data
  • Agentic workflows that execute operations, not just answer questions
  • RAG over your own corpus — embeddings, vector stores, retrieval, citations
  • Confidence scoring and human review built into every AI output
  • Cost controls, wallets and metering so AI spend stays predictable
02

Multi-Tenant SaaS Platforms

Tenancy, billing, roles, entitlements and audit trails — the unglamorous half of SaaS that decides whether you can actually sell it.

  • Tenant isolation models from shared-schema to database-per-tenant
  • Subscription billing, usage metering, plans and entitlement gating
  • Auth, SSO, invitations, role-based access and audit logging
  • Admin consoles and platform operations tooling
  • Migration paths off the legacy system you are trying to leave
03

Startup Products, 0 → 1

Empty repository to something real people pay for. We have done it repeatedly with our own products, which is a different kind of proof.

  • Product definition, scope cuts and a build plan you can hold us to
  • Working software in weeks, shipped continuously — not a deck
  • Payments, onboarding, email and support surfaces from day one
  • Marketing site, docs and demo assets shipped alongside the app
  • Depth-first delivery: one module finished completely before the next starts
04

Any Stack, Any Scale

React and Node, Cloudflare Workers and Postgres, Kubernetes and microservices, Python and Salesforce. We pick the stack the problem deserves.

  • Web, mobile and offline-capable applications
  • Edge-first architectures on Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2 and Pages
  • Postgres and Supabase data modeling, migrations and performance work
  • Kubernetes and microservice platforms when the scale genuinely warrants it
  • Native mobile via Capacitor for hardware the browser cannot reach
05

Platform Modernization

We have decommissioned a 30-service platform and migrated its customers onto something better without losing a record. That scar tissue is the service.

  • Audit of the legacy system: what earns its keep, what does not
  • Data migration with reconciliation, not hope
  • Incremental cutover so the business keeps running throughout
  • Cost reduction by collapsing infrastructure sprawl
  • Durability: backups, object lock, and runbooks that get tested
06

Launch & Growth Engineering

The software is half of it. The other half is the site, the docs, the demo video and the funnel that turns visitors into accounts.

  • Marketing sites and comparison pages that rank and convert
  • Documentation portals and in-app help
  • Automated demo and tutorial video pipelines
  • Lead capture, CRM wiring and compliant outbound
  • Analytics and the reporting that tells you which half is working

What we reach for

Stack is a means, not an identity. This is what we run in production today — and we will happily work in yours instead.

Engagement

How a build runs.

01

Frame the problem

We start with the business outcome, not the feature list. Most briefs contain one requirement doing all the work and six that can wait.

02

Build the spine

Auth, tenancy, data model and deployment go in first. The unglamorous foundation is what decides whether month six is pleasant or painful.

03

Ship depth-first

One module finished completely — including its long tail of edge cases — before the next one opens. Half-built modules are how products die.

04

Put it in front of users

Real deployment, real accounts, real payments. Demos prove nothing; a customer completing a transaction proves everything.
